Blanck Mass | live AV (sacred bones, uk)
Established himself at first as a half of Fuck Buttons, Benjamin Power has been making music under the Blanck Mass moniker since 2010. His track Sundowner soundtracked the London 2012 Olympics Opening Ceremony and since then, 2015 Dumb Flesh and 2017 World Eater, both release on Sacred Bones, have explored the ideas of intense and unforgiving landscapes of electronic music. "An album that fuses existential fear with sheer beauty" says Guardian about the most recent one – Animated Violence Mind.
Tittingur live (sk/dk)
Future sound of Eastern Europe: Bratislava/Copenhagen based duo Tittingur looks firmly forward. Their thick walls of sound are built around dark, brutalist techno foundations, which doesn’t fall far from the zeitgeist sound of Amnesia Scanner, M.E.S.H. or Tim Hecker.
